Hernandez, Sara W/P #7

This week in class we talked and discussed gender in the work place and, gender roles. We were ask to interview a classmate and ask them how gender defers in their work place?  My interviewee said that there is gender inequality in her work place, because she is never allowed d to be late to work or else she would get yelled at and one of her co-workers is late most of the time yet he doesntever get in trouble . My interviewee this it isnt fair because she is in time always and its not fair for her to get in trouble and for her boss to let her other coworkers slip by because they are guys. She also talked about how her dad makes more than her mom and she told me how her mom says that women complain to much, that everyone gets paid the same, and that women should just suck it up and live with the inequality, which I though was pretty interesting.
