In my interview I talked about the 'Gender Inclusive' school district in Lincoln Nebraska. Basically in this article they are talking about how teachers should no longer identify their students as 'girls and boys'. They are now being encouraged to identify them as whether they like skateboards or bikes or whether they like milk or juice.
The person I interviewed said that it is unnecessary to be doing this and kids probably don't even realize that the teacher is calling them boys or girls. The kids are young and it will only draw more attention to the situation.
